Arrived today safe and sound,delayed but was notified.Came intact nothing missing.Really like this filter style for three main reasons,1 the adapter fits more than one size bottle and also water taps,2 it has two ways of back flushing and three the pre filter filter stone for particulate matter.Got this one for my wife.There was no need to communicate with the seller.
